Frequently Asked Questions

How does shipping work?

We partner with global merchants and wholesalers in order to provide you with the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Asia, Southeast Asia and Europe etc. via our partnership with USPS.

Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 3-5 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way!

We do our best to ship as soon as possible and often you will receive your order much sooner.
However please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times and in the rare case of unforeseen issues with courier or logistics delivery may take up to 6 weeks. 
If your order has not arrived within 8 weeks you will be eligible for a full refund.

If you're buying from outside of the U.S. (particularly in Canada), your country's customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation! Note: Canada's customs department takes a particularly long time to resolve these holds. This is relatively rare, but if your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country's customs department directly and ask that they release your items immediately.

We are located on the West Coast, our hours are from 9:00 - 5:00 PST, Monday - Friday.  We respond to most inquiries within 1- 2 business days.  If you don't hear from us, please check your spam folder.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details and a tracking number which you can use to track your order.

It can take a day or so for the tracking status to sync and show upon our tracking system. So if it shows as pending don’t worry, your items are on their way and we advise you to check back in a day or so.

I have only received one item from my order, where is the rest

We ship from multiple warehouses worldwide, so which items you have ordered will determine where your order is shipped from. Some items are shipped from our local warehouse while others are shipped to you directly from the wholesalers in their country of origin. When ordering more than one item these may be sent out in separate packages at no additional cost. Each shipment is given a unique tracking numbers and you will be notified via our automated tracking system. If you receive part of your order first don't worry as the rest will be on it's way!

Custom & Duty

Deliveries may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are set by your country's local customs office. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges are outside of our control and you will be responsible for these payments. Refunds will not be given on packages that are refused or delayed due to unpaid taxes or duties.
